​All Press Pass requests msut be approved by Botetourt Yearbooks as well as the schools Yearbook Adviser.

Press Pass Types: 

- YBK Staff: This Press Pass is for any student currently enrolled in a Photojournalism course / Yearbook Staff that Botetourt Yearbooks partners with. 

- BTOT YBK: This Press Pass holds more Press rights. This pass is only avalible for staff members who work in a Photojournalism postion at Botetourt Yearbooks. 

- ID Pass: This Press Pass holds ristricted press rights, provides idenity, and can be used in select circumstances.

*ALL PRESS PASSES AND ID PASSES ARE VALIDATED BY BOTETOURT YEARBOOKS LLC ON PHOTOJOURNALISTIC GROUNDS IN ACCORDANCE TO FREEDOM OF THE PRESS FOR EDUCATION CENTERS.

Print Type

Paper Press Passes are free, printed on heavyweight paper, place in a protective pouch with a reel. Cards are printed on a plastic card, with a reel. Cards are $7 each, you will receive an invoice once your Pass is approved.

All Yearbook Staff Press Passes and / or ID Passes will be delivered to the Yearbook Adviser of the specified Education Center
